Česká asociace discgolfu z.s. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

- Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
- Official withdrawals must be written to [email redacted] AND [email redacted] to be eligible as an official withdrawal.
- Waitlist players who do not get a spot in the event receive a 100% refund (except for the nominal waitlist fee).

- 100% refund of tournament fee (minus up to $10 handling fee) at least 30 days prior to tournament day.
- 100% refund of tournament fee (minus up to $10 handling fee) if cancelling between 2 to 29 days prior to the tournament day given that your spot is filled from someone from the waitlist, otherwise a players pack is sent.
- Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.

- Processing fees from Paypal and Disc Golf Scene are not refundable.
