Knox Mountain Space Race
Come out for an evening of glow golf on a modified 9 hole ace-friendly Knox layout. We will take turns throwing both discs at each basket. Points will be awarded for hitting metal, chains/band, and aces!
Included with either "General" or "General Women's" registration are the 2 official Space Race 2024 discs! If you have already competed in a 2024 Space Race or otherwise are in possession of the official discs you can sign up using the "Already Have Discs" division that fits you.
The Discs are:
Axiom Total Eclipse Crave (6.5, 5, -1, 1)
Streamline Eclipse Range (2, 1, -0.5, 1)
Scoring:
- Throw each disc once on each hole
- Points are awarded as follows:
Metal = 1 point
Chains or Band = 3 points
Ace = 5 points
Each disc can only score once per hole take the highest score for each throw. Eg. if a disc hits the chains and then the basket that throw is awarded 3 points for hitting chains.
There will be prizes for highest point scores for General and Women's divisions.
Recommended items:
- UV Flashlight to light up the glow discs
- Headlamp or regular flashlight for getting around the course
- Warm Clothes
- Safe footwear
- Something to track your score
- Towels to wipe off discs
