Hi, question about the schedule. Do all divisions play both rounds? Or does Am play from 10:00 to 1:30 and Pro play from 1:30-6? First tournament for me so I'm just curious. Apr 27, 2019
Brady Malston Apr 27, 2019Both Am and Pro will play in both rounds!
Jake Haskin Apr 27, 2019Everyone will play both rounds, ams will play short tees both rounds

Will the Kincaid Open 2019 be posted at Kincaid DGC kiosk? So I tell people who do not use This website where to find the information? May even post a sign at the course the day of if there is a permit for use of the park. Proper notification to public would be a courtesy. Apr 25, 2019
Jake Haskin Apr 25, 2019It is already posted there and at davis

Hi Jake: To practice properly, if I play in Adv women, then I should practice both tees, if I stay in my FA40 division, then only the Am tees, I think. Usually I'm the only one is masters, so I move to Adv Women. So, I'd better practice both. I've never understood how my points with PDGA are affected depending on whether I stay in FA40 alone or move to Adv Women.

Elaine, points are based on how many people you beat in your given division. If there are no other entrants in the FA40 division it would make more sense for you to be in FA1. Perhaps Jake can clarify the layouts being played for each as his post indicates intermediate and open but not advanced.
Elaine Zuker Apr 25, 2019I see. That's how I end up in FA1 all the time. :) In Arizona, there were four or five ladies in my division. Tha's always nice.
Shay Stewart Apr 28, 2019Clarification and what advanced men’s and women will play would be nice as that was the division that just got to vote day of regardless of posted schedule which I found frustrating
Elaine Zuker Apr 29, 2019Hi! I'd be glad to help put up signage and the tournament banner to notify there's a tournament to keep casual players from populating the course, which is frustrating for them and us.

Sorry i didn't respond to this sooner, I didn't see it till now. For clarification, men's intermediate and advanced and intermediate women will play two rounds of ams. Men's advanced and open and women's open will play pros and ams.
Shay Stewart Apr 30, 2019So advanced men play pros but not advanced women? That’s different than what is posted on fb. Why have a different between advanced men and women? Just out of curiosity.
Shay Stewart Apr 30, 2019Isnt that why there are intermediate divisions?
