I withdrew from the tournament on 4/03/24.
I sent a message using this format to the TD.
There has been no communication from the TD.

Steve - the event is hosted by the Emerald Coast Boys and Girls Club and they are responsible for any refunds. The TD has donated his day to actually running the event and can not help with your refund. I did speak directly with one of the Clubs members and informed them of your request. I will reach out to them again today -

Trying to get more people to play Saturday but they all asked the same things I did a month ago. “Any simple prizes that may have been donated for anything?” “ Any picture of players shirts that are given? “ “Any options for lunch nearby? “ … Donating the entry money to a good cause is not the issue, but people want to know, is it worth an entire Saturday in the spring or is it a waste of time? Just trying to help.

Lunch,and a tee shirt are the players pack and plaque for the prize. Lots of fast food within a mile or two.

I hope you get an answer that I never did. Same issue with me. Even gave up another tournament to hopefully play this one and it’s long-distance…

Maybe someone from the Boys and Girls will post something - but in the mean time, around the 5th of March they indicated that they plan to go through the with the event. Hoping that more will make a last minute rush to play. Hope that helps.
