Lost a black metal mini on blue 3 or 4, would be cool to get it back.

MA2 lead card tee times are incorrect. The fourth person on leads card is currently at +1, the fourth person on leads card should be at even. thanks fir an awesome tournament!

Erich Weitmann legendary throw in for eagle on blue 15 from 250+ today. Beautiful low, flexing backhand line!

Ben Phillips   July 14 at 4:09am

It was a sight to behold! GREAT shot Erich ????????

Adam Hill    July 13 at 3:47pm

Is it safe to assume Blue is NOT cart friendly?

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 13 at 4:12pm

We do not recommend pull carts on blues

Jim Van Scyoc    July 13 at 1:13pm

Sorry but I must back out of the remainder of the tourney for family medical reasons.

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 13 at 2:18pm

Sorry to hear that Jim. Wishing you the best and thank you for the heads up.

Steve Pierce    July 12 at 12:34am

It took 3 decent players over 3 hours to play 18 on these blue holes. I can't say this is in tournament ready condition. Prepare for the most nettles uve played in and have spotters for every throw. I can't imagine

Alex Logsdon   July 12 at 12:48am

There's going to be lots of spotters out there!

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 12 at 1:13am

3 hours is the average on the Blue Course, that's expected. While Blue isn't clear of all debris, it's a lot cleaner than it was a year ago and it will continue to be cleaned up. We've also been line trimming nettles every week but the rate at which they've been growing make ... more

Jason Waite    July 10 at 3:40pm

what is the latest possible tee time i could have on friday if I sign up for mp40?

Jason Coke    July 7 at 12:04am

Wow Blues are a different beast, borderline unplayable. It is hot out there but wear pants if you can, lots of nettles on blue.

Chase Sanville   July 7 at 12:30am

Can confirm, shanked some shots on Reds and got destroyed by the nettles just off the edges of the fairways. Can’t imagine blues right now. If there’s anti-nettle cream, stock up.

Daisey James   July 7 at 2:39am

There's one hole that just the entirety of the fairway is nettles like you have to be looking very carefully where you're walking it all times.

Steve Pierce   July 9 at 2:08am

Thank you for this update!!

Ken Perkins    July 6 at 9:01pm

I've decided to waitlist for MA40, but will stay MA3 unless a spot comes open.

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 6 at 9:29pm

ok, noted.

Tom Rohrer    July 1 at 5:25pm

Do you have any Blue Course layout info you could share such as photos of tee box signs? I'm probably going to be playing the full layout blind so anything would help.

I was told at the desk that there would be spotters for the Blue course

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 3 at 1:10am

There will be spotters on many of the holes with blind shots on the Blue Course. Many of the tee signs can be viewed under the Course Preview section at https://discgolfresort.com/kayak-point-blue-course/. Additionally, there are lots of photos of each hole on UDisc at https://udisc.com/courses/kayak-point-dgr-blue-8dn2/photos.

Ian Williamson   July 4 at 8:38pm

Just played my first round of blues last week in prep for this tourney. Prepare for the suck!

Corey Connare    July 1 at 4:43pm

If you have a campsite, can I pay the extra vehicle fee to join? My CRV is setup for me to sleep in and I have my own stove and whatnot. I’m a pretty calm person so a mellow group would be cool to find. Thanks for considering!

Paul Watson   July 11 at 6:38pm

I'm in the same boat here, couldnt get a campsite booked :(

Rocky "the STAR" Gould   July 13 at 3:01am

Did you guys find somwherr

Christian Laney    July 1 at 10:48am

For the first round, Isaac Zais, Taylor Krupa, and I are driving up together. Is it possible for us to play on the same card, or at similar tee times?

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   July 3 at 1:06am

I'll do my best to set that up for you on day 1

G SHANE Egeland    June 21 at 11:21am

I have registered for MP40, but I'd prefer to play MP50. If a spot opens for MP50, can I move across?

I'm in the same boat, going to give this duplicate registry maneuver a try, never tried that before, here goes nothing...

Clint Olson   June 21 at 2:42pm

Wow, look at that, it works :)

G SHANE Egeland   June 22 at 12:29am

Perfect. My first registration was waitlist MP50 but added the MP40 registration after. I am travelling from Singapore, so I want to make sure I get to play. Thanks for your help!!

Jaiman Nechanicky    June 5 at 1:38am

Also will practice rounds be available in the days prior to the event?

Aaron Young   June 5 at 2:31pm

They're open Weds-Sunday every week so Weds and Thursday should be great days for practice rounds.

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   June 5 at 4:02pm

Thanks Aaron. Jaiman, yes we're open Wed - Sun so the courses will be available for you to book tee times for practice rounds those days.

Jaiman Nechanicky    June 5 at 1:27am

So I am registered for MA3 at the moment, would it be possible to get into MA2? I do see that it’s full. If not, it’s alright, I’ll stay where I’m at.

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   June 5 at 4:04pm

Since MA2 is currently full, you'd be on the waitlist for MA2 if you wanted to move from MA3.

Ken Perkins   June 17 at 2:51pm

For something like that to happen (I'm debating a similar move to MA40) would we have to relinquish our spots in our current division to waitlist on another?

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   June 19 at 7:10pm

If you'd like to sign up for another divisions and get on the waitlist, just add a note with your registration that you're already in division x but would prefer division y if a spot becomes available. If you get promoted off the waitlist and into division y, I can mark that you've paid and remove you from division x.

Wenburg Park or Kayak Point County Park are the closest with RV hookups. Angel of the Winds RV Park just opened this year a little further away too. Options: https://discgolfresort.com/kayak-point-where-to-stay/

Ben Phillips    June 2 at 4:53am

Any recommendations for staying in an RV around Kayak?

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   June 6 at 2:34am

There are several options which can be viewed here: https://discgolfresort.com/kayak-point-where-to-stay/

Basically does pool C play red 3 times

Will Munson   May 8 at 2:25pm

Schedule (Fri / Sat / Sun):
Pool C - Red / Green / Red

Jim Van Scyoc    May 8 at 1:51am

On Saturday pool C plays red 8am-1030am. Does pool C plays red each day?

Chase Sanville   May 8 at 2:13am

Sorry Jim, misunderstood your question. Bumping this for a response from Kayak :)

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort   May 8 at 7:03pm

Pool C will be playing the Red course (normal tees) on Fri, then the Red Course but the Red/Green layout on Sat. (9 shorter tees 9 regular tees), then back to normal tees on the Red Course on Sun.
