Player check in will be Friday (5/22/20) night at The Delta Hotel on 12th St, 4-7pm. If you can't be there or have someone check you in, you can do it between rounds or Saturday night. Players will get their player's guide, which will contain the event's schedule. There is no player's meeting. Hotel reservations can be made through the following link:

Refund policy
K'Aces Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
100% refund will be given up to the time the Pool entered in fills and if requested at least 1 week before the start of the event. When a Pool fills a full refund will be given only if vacated spot is filled. If the vacated spot isn't filled, a 50% refund will be returned.
If requested within a week of the event, 50% of the entry fee will be returned unless the Pool entered in was full in which case the vacated spot would need to be filled for the 50% refund. If the vacated spot is not filled, there will be no refund, but the player's package will be given.
