About this tournament
1 round of play
This is final leg of points series - https://www.discgolfscene.com/series/36366/kvr-point-series. THERE IS $1000 added cash to the players that have participated in the League series.
The purpose of this tournament (series) is to have a low cost event that newcomers and specifically locals can play and be affordable. A quote from the PDGA magazine Winter 2020 from the Q&A article - What advice would you give to someone who wants to help grow the sport ? Take a friend out to play, donate discs to a school or a growing program, run a low-cost C-tier, etc. With that philosophy in mind there will be a series of events - low cost- that can help PDGA member get points, travel less, and be affordable all at the same time.
THERE WILL BE NO WALK ON's or LATE REGISTRATIONS.
This tournament will have only 4 divisions with a 72 player limit. Registration will only be on-line. This criteria will keep the cost in check. The player package for this tournament will be a Prodigy disc. (Players pick from store) Please keep in mind that the payouts will be little to none as the entry fee is minimal. This will be one round of 18 holes. KVR White course layout
One of the benefits of these mini-tournaments is that they are all 18 holes and the players whole day will not be tied up.
