About this tournament
Every division has a minimum of 4 players. If the division has less than this, those players will be moved into another division. (No one will be turned away, we will make it work as best as we can.)
25 spots will be held for Pro divisions until October 6 at which time any empty spots will be opened to anyone on the waiting list.
As a true amateur event, all Amateur Divisions will receive a player pack - contents TBD. Trophies will be awarded to at least first place in every division.
Pro Divisions are cash payout, no player pack provided. Cash payout will be provided via PayPal within 1 business day.
Breakfast snacks and coffee provided each morning. Lunch will be provided on Saturday. And don't forget the boiled peanuts.
An additional cost of $3.21 per person to enter Chehaw Park each day and payable to the gate attendant upon arrival at the main gate.

Refund policy
Eric Agrillo is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. You MUST email or call me at [email redacted] or 850-294-6270 for official withdrawal requests. Do NOT request withdrawal on the comment page.
For Pro divisions, a 100% refund will be given up to 1 day prior to the event. For day of cancellations, a 25% refund will be given.
For Amateur divisions, refunds will be processed per the scale below:
>30 days - 100% refund
15-29 days - 100% refund only if spot is filled otherwise 50% refund
<15 days - 100% refund only if spot is filled otherwise 25% refund
No shows - No refund
Wait list - 100% refund if you do not make it into the field then the above policy goes into effect.
