This event will live on as a way to help remember our good friend Joseph “Lick Me” Proud in perpetuity. If you have been around the Connecticut disc golf scene for a while, you most certainly played one of his events, enjoyed his company or felt his influence. If you are new to the scene, just know that we would not be in the place we are in today without his guidance and influence.

This event will be held at Wickham Park in Manchester on Saturday June 25. This is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier with a minimum of $750 being added to the Pro purse. As it is a Masters Championship, it will only be open to players that qualify for the PDGA age protected divisions.

Please note that with the new PDGA rule changes, you must be a current PDGA member in order to compete in any event that is a B-Tier or higher.

We will play 2 rounds of 18. All Pro and MA40 divisions will play the standard 18 hole layout while all other divisions will player the short tees on holes 1, 6, 8 and 11.

We have set the cost at $60 for all Pro divisions and $40 for all Amateur divisions. If you would like to sponsor the event and be able to register early, we are offering up to 22 non-refundable $25 Event Sponsorships.

If the ace pot is not hit during the tournament rounds, it will be donated to the Lick Fund.

Registration opens for sponsors on Monday 3/28 @ 8 PM. General registration will follow on Monday 4/4 @ 8 PM.

CTP Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refunds per PDGA policy (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103) based on a player field of 72. Sponsorship money is non-refundable.

Anyone on the waitlist when online registration closes 6/21/22 @ 8 PM will automatically be refunded.
