Email sent to all competitors:
I am humbled to announce that this event will be the largest event that has ever been run at the Jolley's Ranch Disc Golf Course! 127 people are currently registered with additional room for pro divisional competitors also. This event is just a lead up and opportunity for me to iron out any kinks that may be present before the B-Tier of Jolley's Ranch Open.
Action Needed by some of you prior to Saturday (or else I have to step in):
Cards, by PDGA rules, need to have at least 3 competitors on them. Right now there are 4 cards (3pm, 312pm, 348 pm, and 4pm) that all have less than 3. Please either move to a card (or talk to someone to get them onto your card) so that each one has the minimum number of competitors. I cannot let you play on a card with less than 3 on a card. Contact me if you are not seeing a solution to this problem.
Check In
Please come check in with me (next to hole 1's teepad) 18 minutes for Am divisions and 10 minutes prior for pro divisions. Ams will be receiving a players pack disc and these will be first come, first serve. I will be at Jolley's on Friday evening working on the layout and if you can find Spencer Whitmore or I there, we can get you checked in and a disc early.
Scorekeeping
One of the tough things about Jolley's is that there isn't service up the canyon here really at all... which means that scorekeeping has to be done the old school way. I will be providing scorecards to everybody to keep track of their score.
Parking
One of the concerns that the city has with this event is parking. Please do not give the city any reason to not want us to run more events at this course in the future. All of the pavilions are reserved for Friday and Saturday, so they are asking us to park in the main lower lot, or along the strip near hole 1's teepad. If you have any concerns with parking, come find me before parking somewhere where you shouldn't. The lower lot can handle 3 rows of cars in it and tee timed cards should mitigate frustrations with parking also.
Dillon-Joe Richter
This year's events will serve as a memorial to an old and amazing TD. He was an amazing individual who brought so much light and joy to the disc golf scene. He will be missed dearly. This year's JRO stamp will feature something special about him as well. Last part here is that this event will be making a donation to the Richter family.
Payout
All payouts on the Amateur side will be done through Infinite discs. Part of registration was to enter your account's email address and that is the account it will be uploaded to. All pro payouts will be done through PayPal; this was also collected at registration. If you have not given me either one of these email addresses please do so at check-in. Please note that because this event has divisions all jumbled together in order to let you play with people that you know or play when is best for you that I won't be able to know who wins at all until every card has been turned in for the day. My plan is to post scores as soon as I'm able to and process the payouts soon thereafter also.
Winners
All of the winners of the divisions will be getting guaranteed entry into JRO. One of the tough parts of running such a popular event is that it fills up so quick. Now if you win one of the Ranchers, you will get a guaranteed spot into the event if you want to and can compete.

This layout is on UDisc, so please familiarize yourself with the layout and make sure this layout is downloaded before arriving at Jolley's Ranch for your tee time.

General Rules
These rules apply to every hole on the property. The two rivers (and beyond) play as OB. The edge of where the water is running is the OB line and rocks or other items that stick out are not safe. All hard surfaces (roads, sidewalks, etc.) and beyond play OB. The inside edge of fence lines and beyond play OB (hole 5, 6, 7-8 mainly). Any small creek plays as casual relief. If you are in a small creek please take relief straight back in line with the basket until you reach the first dry and safe location. If there is ever a question of if footing or a lie is unsafe please take relief to the nearest safe location no closer to the basket. This does not mean if you are in a location without any way out or anything similar to that... Only if it is actually unsafe. You are allowed to also take 2 meters of relief from barbed wire.
PDGA Rules
There are a lot of people who do not have a PDGA number playing this event and so I wouldn't be doing my job as a tournament director if I didn't say there are many other rules that all of you need to follow (don't kill the messenger). There is a video where Danny from Dynamic Discs goes over the most important rules to know before playing. Please become familiar with these rules because I'd hate to have to enforce rules that someone didn't know about or broke by accident.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out to myself or Spencer Whitmore as we're here to make sure this event runs smooth for each of you!!
