    Players meeting - go over OBs, park details, thank the sponsors, and see everyone's smiling faces!

    9:30am - 12:00pm

    Tee off first round.
    2nd round will start after a 1 hour lunch break (after last group card turned in)

About this tournament

Early registration for sponsors (only $10 extra) will open April 14th @ 8pm.
Regular registration opens April 28th @ 8pm.

PDGA B-Tier - $1500 added cash - I'll be fundraising until the event to keep raising the purse.

Format will be 2 rounds of 20 holes - Regular 18 plus 9A and 18A.
1st round Short Tees
2nd round Long Tees (#2,5,8,15 & 16).

Check-in 8 a.m - 9 a.m.
Players meeting at 9 a.m.
Tee off at 9:30 a.m.

1 hour lunch break between rounds after last card turned in.
Many local restaurants are about 10 minute drive from course.

Tournament and Course Details will be emailed to players couple days prior.
Trophies will be awarded for divisions with 4 or more players.

Payouts will be through PayPal.
GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.

Refund Policy is as follows:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.

If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees, ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the spot is NOT filled, PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees.

If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
