Early registration for GCDGA members will open April 14th @ 8pm.
Early Bird Sponsorship Registration will open April 21st @ 8pm.
Regular registration opens April 28th @ 8pm.

Format will be 2 rounds of 20 holes. Scoring will be done using PDGA Live Scoring.
Check-in 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

1 hour lunch break between rounds after last card turned in.
Many local restaurants are about 10 minute drive from course.
Tournament and Course Details will be emailed to players couple days prior.
Payouts will be through the GCDGA vendor on site - amateurs will be awarded with vouchers for GCDGA merchandise.
2$ of each entry fee will go towards an Ace fund. All aces will split the winnings. If no aces are hit, the Ace fund will go back to the Club for course improvements.
Fees will be assessed to cover PDGA tournament expenses.

GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.
Refund Policy is as follows.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.
If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees, ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the spot is NOT filled, PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees. Amateurs will also receive 50% minus fees. If a Player Pack was part of the event, Amateurs will ONLY receive the Player Pack.
If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
