Hey Greg, I'm not trying to penalize anyone, and I'm sorry that you do feel penalized by this. But the point of these flexes is to get as many people playing as possible. I intentionally leave cards maxed at 4 until the last minute because I don't want people to plan a card of 5 without extenuating circumstances. at a later time. Additionally, most of these cards are a mix of long and short tee players, which shouldn't back things up too much. I have run quite a few flexes here, and had 5 person cards in previous ones, and haven't had much backup issues besides the typical spots.

It is quite likely that by the time your tee time happens you'll have 3 on your tee time. However, in situations where there aren't 3 players, those players will just join the next available spot on a card. Also, players are more than welcome to edit their own tee time to keep control of when exactly they play.
