THERE WILL BE A FOOD TRUCK Available from 11am until 4pm (2 Rae's and Jack Grilled Cheese) https://www.facebook.com/groups/405867964298380/user/100093141384864/
This event will be played from the current white tee-pads (longer pads) with the exception of two holes which will be made up from a grass tee. All divisions will throw from the same pads.

As this is a PDGA sanctioned event, there is to be no alcohol, tobacco or vaping during your round. Violations may result in disqualification.
Starting January 1, 2025, the per-player fees for PDGA-sanctioned events will increase by $1 per player at A, B, and C-tier events. Additionally, the temporary membership fee for non-members and expired members participating in PDGA-sanctioned events will increase by $5 per player.

Refund policy
NDGC - Nanaimo Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event.
• Withdrawals made between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund. If spot can be filled then participate will receive 100%
• Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less fees, not to exceed 10%.
• Withdrawals 3 days prior to the start of the event will forfeit all money.
