Bemidji Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
PDGA Refund Policy will be enforced. Players requesting to withdraw 8+ days before event will receive a refund minus $5 handling fee. Players who request a refund within 7 days of event will only receive players pack items. Players who do not withdraw and do not show up day of event forfeit entry fee entirely.
