| 8:00am - 11:00am | Round 1 Shotgun Start |
| 11:00am - 11:45am | The first break will start as the final card from round 1 finishes. (This lunch break is an estimate and only 45 minutes.) The player email will be sent out with Round 2 starting times & hole assignments as soon as we have that info. |
| 11:45am - 2:30pm | Round 2 Shotgun Start |
| 2:30pm - 3:15pm | The Second break will start as the final card from round 2 finishes. (This break is an estimate and only 45 minutes.) The player email will be sent out with Round 3 starting times & hole assignments as soon as we have that info. |
| 3:15pm - 5:45pm | Round 3 Shotgun Start |
| 6:15pm | Congratulate Winners and hand out Scrip |
