Yep they were. I said that would happen so that mixed groups could play and then they would be fixed afterwards. It was in the tournament info

Yes. you can also practice on Friday during the Flex Start

Any day before the flex start you need to call and get a tee time with the golf course

Since its PDGA we can't allow two rounds for the same event. The course is still open to the public, so you are welcome to play again as a practice round.

The last infinite flex start I did Allowed mixed cards.

Yes! You can pick your own groups, even mixed
