Welcome back to the Mad Pelican Open at Lake Walcott State Park! Its a beautiful time of year to be at Lake Walcott! We will be playing 2 rounds of 22 holes with tee times each day. The course will have some modifications compared to last year. We anticipate it will be more mad than ever!

PDGA B-Tier Event with $3,000 Added Cash to the Pro Purse
All amateur players will receive a CUSTOM Mad Pelican Open PLAYER'S PACK valued at $75! This means you will get to choose from a variety of options from apparel, water bottles, towels, mini discs, and more. Players packs options will be sent out to all AMS on May 5th. You will have until May17th at 9:00am to complete your custom order.
Any player who does not make a custom order or registers for the event after May17th at 9:00am will receive a standard player's pack, which will be a Custom Polo, Snapback, Wooden Mini, and Custom Tournament Disc. THIS DOES ALSO REFLECT A MORE STRICT REFUND POLICY. PLEASE CHECK THE REFUND POLICY.
There is an optional $5 ace pot. All aces will split the ace pot evenly. If there are no aces, the pot will carry over to the 2026 Mad Pelican Open. There is currently $475 carried over from 2023 since no aces were hit last year.
There is an optional $5 cash CTP. This will be split up over 5 holes so that you have more opportunities to win cash. Last year each of the 5 winners took home $105 cash.
CAMPING
We have all camping spots reserved for disc golfers only from May 30th - June 3rd. YOU NEED TO CALL THE PARK OFFICE AT 208-436-1258 TO RESERVE A CAMPING OR RV SPOT. The online reservation tool will not allow reservations. Also, the boy scout camping area will be available to camp on a first come first served basis. Yes, it will eliminate the famous 10A water hole. Camping spots at the boy scout area will be $10 per night per tent. We will fit as many as would like to camp there but you can only have a fire where there are fire rings! No exceptions!
Alternate Events.
We will be hosting an Infinite Discs Flex Start Challenge on Friday, May 31st. It will be a PDGA C-Tier Singles Event. THE COURSE WILL BE OPEN TO EVERYONE FOR PRACTICE DURING THE FLEX START CHALLENGE! You can sign up for this event through Disc Golf Scene

Refund policy
Infinite Discs Tour strictly enforces the recommended refund policy by the PDGA. Any withdrawals will incur an $5 processing fee. Waitlist entry fees are non-refundable. Any withdrawals must be requested through Disc Golf Scene. Do not contact the TD directly to withdraw.
For amateur divisions. You can receive a full refund (minus $5 processing fee) up to May 17th, 2024 at 9:00am. Any withdrawals after that point will recieve a player's pack shipped in lieu of a refund.
For professional divisions. You can receive a full refund up to May 24th, 2024 at midnight. Any withdrawals from May25th - May 31st, 2024 will receive a half refund. Any withdrawals after that will not receive a refund or a player's pack.
