About this tournament

This is the first (and hopefully not the last) tournament held at Carter Park in Bowling Green, OH and is sponsored by Innova Discs. In hopes to utilize the course to its fullest extent, this tournament will be challenging. Every hole will have out of bounds marked, mandos, or a combination of mandos with out of bounds; with the exception of Lucky Hole #13 where there will be no out of bounds or mandos. There will be 20 holes on the course: 18 permanent baskets along with 2 additional temporary holes.

Registration = 7:45 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
Players meeting = 9:30 a.m.
Round 1 Tee-off = 10:00 a.m.
Hour from when the last card is turned in for lunch
Round 2 Tee-off following one hour break for lunch

This tournament serves a dual purpose. The first, and main, reason is to bring back a tournament to Carter Park as there has not been a sanctioned tournament held here in 7 years. The second reason is to raise funds for course improvements. Part of the proceeds will go towards the Parks and Rec Department for the city of Bowling Green to make Carter Park an even more enjoyable course than it is now.

What's included with your entry? The first 50 AMATEUR registrants will receive a players pack. The players pack includes: Innova Cotton T-shirt; DX Disc; DewFly Towel; Reusable Scorecard; and an Innova sticker. This is a $35 value, so make sure to sign up quickly to ensure you receive such a great deal! There will also be CTP's available for every hole in the 1st round.

Ken Rollins with MOODGolf will be setting up a store with a selection of discs at the clubhouse as well. In case of bad weather, we do have a rain day set up for the following day, August 5th. Please be aware of that in case of severe weather. Otherwise, the tournament will be held on the original day of August 4th. Event details are subject to change via the Tournament Director.

***Update: As of 6/25/18, free lunch to the first 25 registrants of the tournament (sponsored by QDOBA Mexican Eats of BG). A total of over $700 in sponsorship has been raised for the tournament via cash and merchandise.
