Ideal Discs – 3 Disc Sequential Challenge
$25 per player
Rules:
• All players must only use a total of 3 discs for the entire round. These 3 discs can consist of any combination of PDGA approved discs, no matter what the speed/category it may be. A player can take 3 putters, 3 mid-ranges, 1 putter and 2 mid-ranges, 3 drivers, 1 driver and 2 putters, etc…Any combination of 3 PDGA approved discs.
• Before the start of the round, each player must officially declare the order of their discs. This will be recorded on the scorecard before the tee-off of the first hole.
• Discs will be thrown in their declared sequential order for the entirety of the round. You must throw disc #2 after disc #1, and you must throw disc #3 after disc #2. Once disc #3 is thrown, you will go back to disc #1 and start the order again. This will repeat for the entire round.
For example, if the player has a Wraith, Buzzz, and Berg, and has declared them as #1-Wraith, #2-Buzzz, and #3-Berg, then he must throw the Wraith off Tee #1, then throw the Buzzz for his 2nd throw, and throw the Berg for his 3rd throw (regardless of the type of throw). This order will repeat no matter what shot type arises.
• If a player uses an incorrect order, he will receive a 2-stroke penalty added to the score of that hole. (For example, if player got a 4 on a hole, but used the incorrect order, he will now receive a 6).
• Any added penalty strokes do not change the order of your discs, or cause any skipping of a disc in order.
• If a disc is lost or unretrievable, it is no longer in the order for the remainder of the round. You must continue your disc order without the lost disc.
