Ideal Discs Ace Race @ Gateway Park

WELCOME TO THE IDEAL DISCS ACE RACE AT GATEWAY PARK!

Ace Race Event:

THIS EVENT IS ALL ABOUT HAVING FUN AND RUNNIN' ACES!
*If you finish with enough time, you can REBUY and play again (for an additional entry fee of $20).

Both courses (Circle Side and Briar Run) will be played for a total of 30 holes - ALL SHORTENED FOR ACE RUNS!

Players can bring any discs they want to use for this event. There is no limit or cap on the amount of discs you can bring.

Flexible Start from 9am-2pm. Minimum of 3 players per card, maximum of 5. Feel free to bring friends so you can be on the same card!

Scoring:

All players will throw from the teebox and try to ace the hole. If they ace it, they get 3 points. If they hit chains, they get 2 points. If they hit any other metal besides chains, they get 1 point. After teeing off, players will just pick up their disc and continue to the next hole. There is no need to approach/putt or hole-out.

Highest total point score will win each division. A Bonus $50 Ideal Discs Gift Card will be given to the player with the most aces! If tied, this will be split.

Players cannot combine "hits" on the same throw. For example, a player only gets 2 points if they hit chains and also the metal basket, they do not combine the chain hit and the metal hit. Only count the greater hit for each throw.

Mega CTP (optional):

There will be an optional $5 MEGA CTP for anybody that would like to participate. All participants that enter the $5 MEGA CTP will get 1 shot to try to be closest to the pin. Everybody will throw the same shot. Whoever ends the day closest to the pin will take the entire MEGA CTP Prize Pool in the form of an Ideal Discs Gift Card.
