Welcome to the Ichabod Crane Open sponsored by Discraft and Great Lakes Disc. The event will have on-site payouts after the conclusion of round 2. This will serve as your player meeting. Check in runs from 7:30am- 8:30am. Hole assignments should be ready by 8:45am and round 1 will start at 9:00am.
Round 2 will tee off 1 hour after the last card is turned in.

Please use spotters when needed to help keep up pace of play. Some OB areas are defined by the concrete or asphalt sidewalk. The card will have to make the best judgement if the shot is OB or not (player gets benefit of a doubt).

Scoring
We will NOT be able to use digital scoring, cell phone signal is very spotty so we will be going old school… PAPER SCORECARDS. We will have hole assignments on the board at tournament central after check in is complete. Players are welcome to use a digital back up score card on UDisc, all players are to keep score either digital UDisc or paper card. The official score card is the paper card marked Official. The top player on each hole is responsible for grabbing the scorecards and “CTP Flags (round 2)” Score cards will need to be added correctly upon turning in the score cards to tournament central. Please place all score cards back in the zip lock bag with pencils they were sent out with. Scores must have numbers written for each player for each hole, no symbols or dash marks. We will break for lunch and I’ll reset the board for round two.
Casual water relief is available to players rule 806.03.
A. Casual area or casual water, or any area specifically designated as a casual area by the Director before the round. Casual water is any body of water that is in-bounds and has not been explicitly declared by the Director to be in play.
B. To obtain relief from a casual area, the player's lie may be relocated without penalty to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief.

If any playoff is needed they will start on hole 1, Hole 2, Alt hole 21. This is sudden death .
Alt 21 Is located to the right of hole 2 basket there is a bench on the side walk and you play to the practice basket. Then walk to hole 1 and replay the loop

Lunch Break
Lunch break will be 1 hour after the last card is turned in. The closest restaurant is 15-20 mins away. Please bring food just in case you may not have time to run and come back.
