All a heads up that although it shows 39 registered right now, there are on 38 actual players. Lianne has had to drop out but she is very generously asking us to keep her registration fees as a donation to the fundraiser.

This means we will have an even number of men and an even number of women. MA1 and MA2 should have even numbers in each, though if not, we will sort it out day of ????

Hey there! Congrats on putting this tournament together! I'm sure it will be a blast!
I would have loved to attend but sadly I have a work event that I have to be at :(
I would still like to support the tournament if I can? Could I buy a player pack or just the cool competitor disc if possible?

And just like that we are FULL. A huge thank you to everyone - we're stoked to see you all in a couple of weeks. Weather forecast is looking good at this point - but as goes the name, we play come snow and ice or sun and grass.

I also wanted to confirm that anyone who is present at the tournament (you do not have to be playing!) is welcome to bid in the auction or buy merchandise, though merch sales won't go into full swing until the end of first round to give everyone a fair shot. The auction starts right from 9 AM.

2. We will confirm payment before you leave - if you cannot pay for your auction items, they will go to the next highest bidders.

4. There will be items to buy and items in the auction. We'll post some teasers as we get closer to the event, but trust me when I say we have some really sick stuff available (and its not just more discs!)

5. The discs are HERE and they are AWESOME. We are very stoked for you all to get your hands on them. There are lots of colors (plate and foil) and the stamp turned out really great. They are all 170-175 from what I've seen.

6. There will be a rental toilet available to use in the parking lot near the clubhouse - but we do NOT have access to the clubhouse. ($$$$$)

Can't think of anything else to mention, other than go spread the word! Only 9 spots left! We want the registration filled right up!

To ensure fair competition, and fun for all participants, we will be changing to a Divisional Doubles format. The following divisions will be available:

To ensure fair competition, and fun for all participants, we will be changing to a Divisional Doubles format. The following divisions will be available:

When you arrive at the event and collect your player pack, we will ask you what division you are playing. You will then do random flip within your division for a partner.

We sincerely hope this improves the event for all of our players and we thank you all for the feedback and patience as we work through these logistics! It's our first time at this, so there were bound to be stumbles ????

Fixed registration to singles so that you don't need to supply a team name. Sorry about that folks! (Haha)

I sadly can't make this tourament as I have plans that long weekend. Would be sweet if you used a online auction website so people are bid remotely. Probably would up the donations amount too. My work used this website for our Christmas silent auction. Seemed to work well!
