About this tournament

Thanks for all of you that made it to the Ice Bowl at Marshall's this year! I want to give a great big thank you for your patience as we had some technical difficulties not having wifi even through the hot spot and card making and scores posted was delayed. I appreciate the huge support and feedback. We know we can only get better as a community when we work together rather than fight against other disc golf brothers and sisters. Thank you for your donations and we will get a final food donation and cash donation count! Scores will be posted on discgolfscene and the PDGA website.

If anybody is interested in carpooling from Beaverton, I live at the intersection of 217 and 26. I can fit 3 others in my Honda Insight, or I can chip in for gas. I still need to register, so I'd want to be leaving my place around 7:35 AM, arriving around 8:00. Send a text if interested: 503-367-9780

Where would I find the directions to this course? Google maps just took me to st. Helen's

Will the course be open this weekend for a few practice rounds?
For practice... go find the woodiest woods you can and try to find lines longer than 100 feet. If you're not hitting at least 3 trees per throw there aren't enough woods were you are lol

What's the plan for parking day of? Only looks like a max of 6 to 7 cars could fit up there
Talked to Tom yesterday and they have an extra parking lot by the road that they will be opening up.

I played there today, this course is awesome. Drive to the top of a mountain, sling some plastic, and pray for no trees. Is there anyway to volunteer to help with the grounds keeping before the tournament? I would love to spend the weekend helping to get a course ready for it and I have weekends free.
Zac Teuscher February 1, 2016 at 5:54am
Holy smokes this is a difficult course!

Okay! Order is sent in! Everyone else can now just come and play! I'm changing the registration menu because the rest of the items will be first come first serve besides the pre-ordered gear! Thanks!
Rick Saffeels January 23, 2016 at 10:28am
Tomorrow is the last day to get in to order the disc or shirt and size you want! After that it will be first come first serve for the Am player packs. Thanks!

What division do u recomend for my 8 yr old son?
MJV (junior Boys 5) but I'm not sure he will have any competition :) which is totally fine because he would get a first place win!
Any time there is a younger player on the course, the better they are able to promote the sport to the next generation:)
Brian Center January 15, 2016 at 10:52pm
