The trophies are finally in. After much back and forth with FedEx I had to bite the bullet and just purchase new trophies out of my own pocket. I am truly sorry about the delay, and will be getting the trophies out as soon as I can. If you are in the local area and would like to pick yours up, I will have them at the 540 monthly this Sunday at Hoover Ridge DGC in Madison. Otherwise, I will be reaching out to get your address and shipping them out.

I just realized that I left my new disc on my second to last hole (14) today. It was left about pin high OB by a few feet. If you happen to be going to spillman in the next few days and find it or someone has already turned it in I would really like to get it back! It is a glow toro with a 2024 Worlds stamp on it. It has my name and number on it. Thanks!

For those players who did not get promoted off the waitlist and into the tournament and have submitted a refund request for their waitlist fee, please refer to the PDGA Competition Manual Rule 1.03B. I have included a link to the rule on PDGA's website. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Especially since the painted line I saw tonight seems to differ from caddie book map. If yo establish in bounds on 15 longs tee shot but finish ob, do you have to play normal ob rules or can you tee fom drop zone(perm tee)?
It the disc establishes in bounds then finishes OB, standard OB rules would apply. The drop zone is only if you never get the disc in an in-bounds position on the tee shot.

I know its a bit of a short notice, but is it possible to be moved to MA1? Thanks!

I am trying to withdraw from the event but it will only let me request $10 back? I think this is because I got off the waitlist and it was a paid waitlist of $10? I have paid the full $35 registration fee since getting off. Could you help me withdraw with a full refund?
I will only be able to refund $25 per PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 there is a $10 handling fee associated with a refund. I will process that refund now.

Since I have received this question more than once, I will answer here so everyone will get it at the same time. Round 1 will be the Long layout and round 2 will be from the permanent layout.

I received the caddie book email today (thank you) and was wondering what the order/layout will be. ie: Will the temp long tees be played for round one, then the concrete for round 2? Or the other way around. Thanks

Is the long layout posted anywhere? UDisc has a long layout but no map of it or distances posted. I haven’t played Spilman in quite some time so only familiar with the main/short layout.
I can send you the caddie book from this year's Culpeper Memorial Open. That has the Long layout in it. Email me at [email redacted]

Date says saturday 8/31, but info states 3 rounds over 2 courses? Is this info correct? Thanks
There was a format change and I didn’t update the about page. The tournament is now 1 day with 2 rounds.
My number is (571) 440-1332
