Hello, is the caddybook the same as per the tournament layout on the MDGC website?
Is any of the course underwater as in 2019?

Do you guys have a rough idea when the caddy book will be out? Sadly its been a while since I've played Longford Park so trying to think where the OB could be is hurting my tiny brain!
Planning on tomorrow evening, just got a couple of tweaks to make!!

Hey everyone. New to the area and wondered if:
- Longford Park is open to the public for DG so I can practice the course before the event
- There are any good maps or videos walking through the course layout for the Blue
- What does Modified Blue mean? Will it be vastly different to the regular Blue course?
Thank you
The course is in a public park so you can play whenever. Just head to the ‘Manchester disc golf’ point of interest on Google maps and you’ll find the first tee. This video I made in 2020 of the course, you’ll have to excuse the wildly awful throwing but the layout is ‘b ... more
Hi Harry. awesome, thank you for the details. i’ll have a look at them now. Thanks again and looking forward to next weekend and meeting everyone.
The caddy book was sent out on Tuesday, I'll send it again this evening as we've have more sign ups, it's similar but there are some modifications.
I don't believe any of the course in under water currently, I'm heading out tomorrow to get the course prepped
I played the course for the first time yesterday.
The main thing is that there is quite a bit of soft mud near some of the fairways near thr baskets and the tee pads are very slick. Almost broke my ankle teeing off on one of the longer holes. Ill be bringing a towel to put down on the wnd of the teepads to get some sort of grip. Hope that is legal. I saw Matty O do it once in a Pro Tour Game.
Nothing is underwater btw. The leaves just need to be swept off the teepads to dry them out a little
Putting your towel down should be legal as long as it's less than 1cm (half an inch) when compressed :-)
