Food is available with the Menchaca/Nixon team please pre purchase, the cafe is really busy and prefers you do this option instead.
A HSCo Civilian Backpack will be given to the first 50 Amateurs that Pre-Register for this event.
Additionally get ready for great golf! We are exited to use of the campground course for 1 of the 2 rounds. That's 2 rounds on 2 courses. Get ready for the Raffle and the RING OF FIRE for all divisions involved, We feel blessed to have the Venue we have for our finals. through Navigating this Series has been a blast. Keep your game tight till the end, and Battle your best for the Champion jacket.

Refund policy
Gayle Key is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. There is a 10.00 fee for all refunds/cancellations.
We will follow PDGA guidelines for refunds.
We are at the 14 days of the start of the event
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
