The tournament is officially full, but you can join the waitlist. I am working on figuring out if there is a way to get the waitlist folks in, but if not then you would get a full refund.

Hello, I just got added via the waitlist but it didn’t let me choose a shirt size.. I just wanted to see if I can get a M (medium)

Not everyone told me their preferred size, so I ordered a few extra medium, large, and extra large to be distributed on a first come first serve basis.

Hey Everyone, I got approval to have this event sanctioned as a C-Tier. Since this is a charity event, we will not be charging the $10 fee for non-PDGA members.

The A Tier on the same weekend was rescheduled for March. Any chance you will be able to get this event sanctioned??

If this event runs on this date it can't be sanctioned due to the A tier that weekend in Mesa.

I wasn’t aware of any other tournaments that weekend. Last year we were sanctioned as a rated C-Tier, but if we can’t get sanctioning this time, I expect we will continue as planned without sanctioning.
