Nanaimo's 2019 Hub City Huck
Will be played at Bowen Park, Nanaimo, BC, Canada. Extended Gold Layout.
This tournament is a 2019 Zone 6 Vancouver Island/ Central Coast Qualifier for the BC Provincials being held at the New Raptors Knoll Disc Golf Park in Langley BC on Sept. 28-29, 2019.
REGISTRATION
General Registration will open on May.20, 2019
Registration Closes on July.1, 2019
All Pro divisions: $75
Pro Women: $60
All Amateur divisions: $50
(all currency CAD)
All Divisions will be playing from the same tee pads with exception of 7 holes for Intermediate
Pro Divisions Top 4 will be playing a Final 9 Layout.
Pro Divisions will be paid in cash.
Am Divisions will be paid is Dan Walker Dollars and receive a Tournament T-Shirt.

Bowen Park's Gold Layout will be played on 14 Innova Discatcher Baskets and 4 Walker Sports Baskets. All 18 Baskets are PDGA Approved.

June 10 Tournament division caps may be relocated based on player demand.
June 22 Course Layout and Course Information will be posted.
Lunch and Drinks will be available for purchase in advance only for Saturday.
Walker Sports Basket Raffle. Winner will win a PDGA Approved Basket.
Raffle Tickets will be 1 for $5 or 5 for $20.
Mini Disc Golf Tournament for $2 a round with winner TAKE ALL.
Prior to Awards there will be a Ring Of Fire. (Everybody stands 30' away and shoots at the same time. Til one winner remains)

Nanaimo Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
PDGA's Competition Manual
1.3 Withdraws and Refunds
• A player may officially withdraw only by contacting a Tournament Director.
• Players must email their withdrawals to a Tournament Director only at the contact information posted.
• Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Directors, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event, but the player shall be sent a player’s package if one was provided to event competitors.
• Withdrawals made before the 7th day prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund.
• Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less postage and handling, which shall not exceed 10% of the entry fee.
