    8:30am

    Begin collecting players packs, and beginning of course practice with discs. Players can collect their discs at any time, and it is suggested to collect your players pack 30-minutes prior to your tee time.

    9:00am - 1:00pm

    Tee off in groups of 3-4 on Hole 1 and play one round of 18-Holes. Groupings will tee off every 15 minutes.

    11:00am - 2:15pm

    Collect scorecards and tally scores. Scores will be arranged in order of finish based on division.

    2:30pm - 3:00pm

    Tiebreakers as needed, presentation of awards, and pictures of award winners.

About this tournament

This will be a FLEX Start event where players will tee off in groups of 3-4 starting on Hole 1. Players are ONLY allowed to use the discs that they will pick up in their players packs.

Players will be notified roughly a month prior to July 31st to determine tee times during the flex start event. Cards will be mixed divisions, and there will be no set times for particular division play. The player has the option to determine the best time for them.

Refund policy

- Richmond County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
- There will be no refunds after July 10, 2021 as player packs will need to be ordered to be delivered on time.
