Good afternoon Chris,
I am planning on attending the event solely to photograph. I'm a novice photographer looking to document the local players and events. I wanted to make sure that my presence would be welcome and if there was anything I should be aware pertaining to the tournament, other than snow.

I'm not that happy to ask this question. Are we allowed to put ribbons on our discs?

For this event, yes. I am making an exception to the pdga rule and allowing for ribbons on discs.
