Come try out the Beacon Hill Park Disc Golf Course as one of the popular activities of the Highland Fling. The course features a wide-open front nine in a park setting and a very challenging "Outback Nine." Both red and blue tee options are available throughout the course and offer incredible views of Utah Valley, Utah Lake, and the Rocky Mountains. The course features large expanses of open grass, natural fields, established scrub oak forests, and bluffs overlooking a (usually) dry creek, all perfect for hucking discs into well placed baskets.
Registration is open to everyone. The Trilogy Challenge is your chance to prove your skill with a more level playing field. Players are only allowed to play in the tournament with the 2020 Trilogy discs they receive in their player pack; if a disc is lost during the round, they must finish the round without it. Singles round with prizes for top finishers in each division. Player pack includes three amazing discs (putter, mid-range, driver), towel, and mini disc maker. Players get everything they need to play disc golf for only $35!
COVID-19: Due to the current conditions, we will be practicing safety first! Flex start and each player to mark their own card. Keep social distancing in mind. If you feel you need more protection, please wear a mask (optional – not provided) during your round, and use/touch only your own discs. If you don't have a card of 4 (max 4 people per card), simply show up and there will be people to make a card with. Choose your own discs the day of the event or other times will be provided. Gloves will be required as you sort through the discs and will be provided if needed.

Event Held: Friday, July 31, 2020
Time: Flex start from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m., awards at 8:45 p.m. (if you tee off before 4:30 p.m., and play fast, try and play both Red & Blue courses; $10 extra fee)
Place: Beacon Hill Park (5959 West Beacon Hill Blvd., Highland, UT)
Registration: $35 for Blue or Red course ($10 if you already have a Trilogy set from another 2020 tournament). An additional $10 to play a second round (Blue or Red tees); best score is used. Registration open until spaces are full. No Refunds after July 24, 2020.
