You can get on the waitlist for AM50. There is a position open in AM40 right now if you want that.

Richard Contreras   August 17, 2021 at 3:27pm

Got it I'll take it. Thanks

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   August 17, 2021 at 3:51pm

In case you did not get the email - here is the players meeting, a couple weeks early:

Golfers!
Welcome to the 3rd Annual High Sierra Cup, August 28-29! We are excited to host you here in Tuolumne County, where we will be playing the Twain Harte Golf Course and Three Links Disc Golf Courses. If you have not played here before, Twain Harte Golf Course is an open, fairly flat course winding over a beautiful creek and through majestic trees, playing down the golf course fairways. Three Links is ... more

To be removed from the tournament and get a refund, please use the link in your registration email. If you made camping arrangements at three links, you will need to cancel that directly with Michelle.
If you are planning on withdrawing, please let us know sooner than later, as we will be promoting people from the waitlist, and they will need to make arrangements.
Thanks!

What are the odds of maybe opening the field a little more for more players?

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   August 4, 2021 at 2:51pm

We will not be expanding the field. That said, we are having a fair number of withdrawals, so there is a decent chance that people on the wait lists will get in.

Michael Salet   August 4, 2021 at 4:34pm

I’ll keep my fingers crossed lol

Michael Salet    July 27, 2021 at 2:09pm

Put me in coach. Hahahhaa

I need to request a withdrawal and refund for AM2.

Fats Sonderfan    July 25, 2021 at 5:57pm

Sent a formal request for cancellation. If I can't compete against Chris, why bother? (jk - got a conflict that weekend)

Three Links is set in tournament positions, except for 2 of the temp holes. Enjoy!

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   July 20, 2021 at 10:36pm

The golf course will be set 2 weeks prior to the tournament.

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   August 15, 2021 at 10:52pm

The golf course is set in tournament positions, except 1 of the temp holes. Temp tees (4A and 16A) are painted. Enjoy!

Withdrawal requested. Maybe next time!

I removed you from the list. Thank you for also requesting via your registration email! It is so much easier to process that way.

dave cox    July 16, 2021 at 9:10am

I was really hoping to play in my division in MA40 instead of MP40.
Hopefully something good will happen ????????????

Chris has answered this question a bunch already. If you want to play in another division that is full, you can get added to the waitlist and removed from the division you are in. You do not get priority because you are signed up in a different division already.

Nathan Evans    July 5, 2021 at 4:53am

So with me at waitlist #3 how do my chances look to get in??? This is my first event

Derek Kirmil   July 20, 2021 at 6:52pm

No one can give you a definitive answer. No one knows if people are going to drop out until they do.

frank levings    July 2, 2021 at 2:50am

what time can we check in for camping???

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   July 4, 2021 at 3:55pm

Michelle at 3 Links says check in there is 11 AM.

frank levings    June 30, 2021 at 5:30pm

can i come in on friday before the tournament say noonish???

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   June 30, 2021 at 7:34pm

Both courses will be open

Rodney Cabral    June 28, 2021 at 8:20pm

Chris,
Can I get an email address to message you? I have something not regarding my tournament entry I’d like to speak to you about.

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   June 28, 2021 at 9:15pm

There is a contact us link on the tournament front page - you can use that

Chris B Graham, PhDisc    June 26, 2021 at 1:19am

Fats I don’t need another beat down from you! - I moved you over.

Rodney Cabral    June 24, 2021 at 5:57pm

So if no one backs out of the division I want to play in, I won’t get in?

Rodney Cabral    June 24, 2021 at 5:16pm

So I won’t be able to get in unless someone backs out from the division I want to play in?

Jeffrey McCormick   June 24, 2021 at 5:31pm

Correct, unless they add the whole waitlidt

Jeffrey McCormick   June 24, 2021 at 5:32pm

You're number 2, I'd have high hopes of getting in

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   June 24, 2021 at 6:38pm

Correct

Fats Sonderfan    June 23, 2021 at 11:00pm

Hey Chris. I'd obviously prefer to play MP40. What do you suggest I do - bump to MPO now while there's a couple of open spots or hang on for a while and hope for some drops or increased waitlist entry?

Chris B Graham, PhDisc   June 24, 2021 at 4:45am

Id sign up mpo. I don’t think we will be moving groups off of the waitlist again. If someone drops last minute, we can move over.

Doug W   June 25, 2021 at 1:31am

I'm an outside observer (this time), but I gotta say this example just points out the inanity of divisional caps. Pool caps make justifiable sense, but in this case he'd be in the same pool anyway, so why not let him play in the division of his choosing?

Fats Sonderfan   June 25, 2021 at 6:32pm

I see how it is, Chris, you don't want to compete against me again. :) Can you move me to MPO?
