We are playing at Hiestand. The course is in. Teepads were shoveled and salted today.

I'm assuming that the 4 extra people are on the wait list or will there be a temp hole? None of this 'ghost' group stuff please!

There are a few 5-somes due to grouping divisions together. We’re not anti ghost group but no ghost groups this time.

Coming from out of state still new to the rules. If it’s deep snow out there, can we legally use some chalk or ribbons

Ribbons are not allowed in sanctioned events. Chalk is ok.

Are we going to have snow play in effect? If I'm reading 813.01 D correctly, if the director declares snow play, we can us ribbons or LED lights. https://www.pdga.com/faq/tournaments/are-players-allowed-tape-led-lights-or-ribbons-discs-night-or-winter-play
