Help a Brother Out!
About this tournament
This tournament is to help out a fellow disc golfer that has been ordered by the court system to pay $500.00 to a lady that had her car hit by a disc. The reason for his court loss is because of poor police work in writing a police report. The officer stated in the report that the disc golfer said he would pay to fix the damage. ( HE DID NOT SAY IT!!)
An added note to this. The actual damage was a plastic scuff on the windshield and on the rubber trim around the windshield. ( if this isn't corruption I don't know what is.....)
This is a BYOP event. We have received disc donations to use as payout to the winners and there are more donations coming in as I register this event T- shirts ,Inova bags and such.
The cost is $50.00 per team. We need 10 teams to cover the unjust penalties assessed to our fellow disc golfer. Any monies received over that amount will go into the prize fund as well. We guarantee the top 5 teams will get over their $50.00 worth in plastic and other prizes.
You can sign up to play on line and pay the day of the event. This will be a 2 round 20 holes per round event.
