For the next few days if playing Cedar Beach you will need to enter on hole 10
Google Jeff Anderson trailhead for directions.
You can drive on the dirt access road from hole 10 to hole 1 if you want to start on hole 1.

Note: the main entrance will be open by Thursday.

How long does these courses typically play (time wise)?

Coming from out of state I have a wedding in Paragould at 6 - assuming that it doesn't get more that 50 players; I'm thinking I can squeeze in both but wanted to check

Do you have a certain number of golfers in mind where you would split divisions inti different courses versus keeping all on one?

There has been some speculation as to a parking fee at Cedar Beach since a keyosk is being installed.
THERE WILL BE NO FEE TO PARK FOR THIS TOURNAMENT.
