We believe in full transparency when it comes to your tournament fees. Here's a breakdown to ensure everyone contributes fairly:

Beyond Player Pack Costs: We'll clearly list all additional fees associated with the tournament here.

No Hidden Deductions: Rest assured, there won't be any surprise charges.

100% Value Commitment: As always, our goal is to ensure your total payout (including fees) surpasses the tournament fee, offering you over 100% value.

What your Fees Cover:

This tournament fee goes towards essential expenses that guarantee a fantastic experience for all players, including:

Course Maintenance: Paint, scorecards, and other course supplies.
Permits & Fees: Securing necessary permits and park fees.
Player Refreshments: Keeping you hydrated and energized with water and ice.

This item is required until August 24 at 12:00am EDT

Optional Ace Fund:

If no Ace is hit, the pot will be awarded through a Random.Org drawing or a throw-off (method to be determined).

It is your responsibility to ensure we have a valid email address on file for payout notifications.

Multiple Aces will split the pot proportionally.

Important Note: For players who are paid out in cash exceeding $600, an Ohio W9 form must be completed before any payment can be made. This form is required for tax purposes. Please ensure you have submitted your W9 form if your winnings are expected to be above this threshold.

Running events takes a ton of work. If you think we do a great job and would like to leave us a tip here is your chance. This money will go right to the TD's and volunteers who work hard to help make our events great. Not mandatory but greatly appreciated!

Please make your mark to acknowledge you have read and understand the rules below.

To ensure a fair and fun competition for everyone, we encourage players to register in the division that best reflects their current skill level.

Here are some pointers:

Last Year's Performance: Did you win or place near the top in your division last year? Consider moving up a level this year!

PDGA Rating: Your PDGA rating is a great indicator of skill level. If your rating moves you into a higher division, make the switch!

Playing with a Higher-Rated Partner: If your partner competes in a higher division, you'll need to register for that division as well.

Playing in the right division allows you to compete against players of similar skill, fostering a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

We guarantee a fantastic players pack and a weekend filled with excitement, no matter your final placing. So, why not push yourself and and compete in the division you belong?

Scoring System:
We will be using UDisc

Please make your mark to acknowledge you have read and understand below.

Doubles Tournament Reminder:

This is a team event, you must field the team listed by the deadline: Friday, August 23rd, close of business.

Tee Time Ready? BOTH players need to be on time for your assigned tee time to start the round.

Late Start? If one teammate is running late, you can walk with the group for Par + 4 strokes until your partner arrives and you're both ready to throw.

Respect the Schedule: Unfortunately, teams cannot join a hole after their designated tee time has passed, even if the group ahead is still playing.

Partner Up for Fun! Choosing a reliable partner is key, so pick someone you can depend on and have fun with on the course!

Do you have a UDisc account? If so please tell us your account name or email used. If not please sign up for a free account. This will help a bunch and help keep you informed of your tee times and scores. After you sign up please update your DGS registration.
