UPDATE 10/21 - Steuben county has entered the yellow phase of Covid-19 tracking by NYS. The precautions we are taking will allow us to continue. If we move to the orange or red phase I may be forced to make some adjustments. For now, please continue to plan on attending if you feel comfortable doing so.
UPDATE 10/19 - AM payouts will be handled via Marshall Street Disc Golf electronic gift cards. Winners will get emails a few days after the tournament.

At this time, NY state is allowing gatherings of up to 50 people. There are travel restrictions in NY state and only players from allowed states can participate in this event. If you reside in a state on the quarantine list, you will not be allowed to play, caddy or spectate unless you complete the state mandated quarantine protocol. If current regulations remain in place we will host a traditional 2 round tournament with some extra precautions. Masks may be required in certain situations such as a group photo, if you choose to participate in the photo. There will be no CTPs to reduce touch points and please touch only your own discs.
There will be a 44 player cap and that will not change, so register early. We will exclusively use PDGA live scoring, no paper scorecards. There will be a virtual player meeting distributed a few days prior to the tournament.
At least 4 people needed to guarantee a division. Any division with less than 4 players may be consolidated into other appropriate divisions.
Divisions will be set in stone Thursday evening October 29 at 8pm, no switching after that.
MA4, MA3, FA4 and FA1 will play red tees the first round, whites the second round.
FPO, MA2 and MA1 will play whites both rounds. All other professional divisions will play whites first round but second round will be 1-12 from whites and 13-18 from the blue tees. These blue tees are natural turf, not concrete.
Amateur player pack will be a custom glass mini from our club member who is a glass blower, Travis Ison ( $25 retail value). You will be able to choose yours from those available when you check-in.
Pro payout will occur via PayPal.
