    PLAYER CHECK-IN

    + All players MUST check in at Tournament Central before going to your starting hole.

    + Limited / Optional Players' Meeting at 8:45am.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    ROUND 1

    + Blue Tees for Pro, Advanced, & Recreational divisions. Red Tees for Novice & Women divisions.

    + Shotgun Start. Be at your starting hole at 8:50am.

    + Two Minute Signal at 8:58am.

    + The UDisc digital scorecard is the official score keeping method for this tournament. Paper scorecards available per request.

    1:00pm - 4:00pm

    ROUND 2

    + Blue Tees for Pro, Advanced, & Recreational divisions. Red Tees for Novice & Women divisions.

    + Shotgun Start. Be at your starting hole at 12:50pm.

    + Two Minute Signal at 12:58pm.

    + The UDisc digital scorecard is the official score keeping method for this tournament. Paper scorecards available per request.

The Harvest Huk for South Kitsap Helpline will be played at the Square Lake disc golf park and will be a great TWO round event. The focus of the event is for community involvement to support people in need. Disc golfers of all levels are invited to contribute to our community.

All entry fees will be donated to the South Kitsap Helpline.

Food donations are appreciated and will be collected during player check-in.

EVENT COURSE LAYOUT:
Blue Tees for Pro, Advanced, & Recreational divisions. Red Tees for Novice & Women divisions.

EVENT FORMAT:
+ AM round is singles play scoring.
+ PM round is best shot doubles format and is seeded based on scores within a player's division from the AM round. For example, player ranked 1 is paired with rank 10, 2/9, 3/8, etc.). If odd number of players in a division, then the player ranked in the middle of the division will be the "Cali" player and will get TWO optional extra throws on each hole.
+ For the competitive players, a player's AM and PM round scores are combined to determine the player's total score, then sorted within their division for final rankings.
