Harley Polstons Memorial Fundraiser BYOP
About this tournament
Crossover Disc Golf and the Saucer Tossers Disc Golf Club are joining forces to host a fundraising benefit on August 9, 2020. It is our hopes to bring a little bit of financial relief to Harley Polstons children and family after losing her suddently. All proceeds will go towards funeral costs and to her two little boys that she leaves behind. Both Crossover and the Saucer Tossers, along with her family, appreciate any donations and would love to see many faces filling the course.
The format will be BYOP. Your team can sign up in one of 3 divisions. Open is for the more advanced players. If you are Open/Advanced in PDGA ratings, this would be your division. If you are Novice/Rec/Intermediate PDGA level, the AMS division would be for you. The Mixed division is for any Coed teams, or Youth/Adult teams.
The $40 per team will be broken down as follows:
$15 to Fundraiser
$8 to ACE Fund/CTP's
$18 to Payouts (Open receives cash, AMS will receive Crossover Cash to redeem)
Each player can buy 3 Mulligans for $5.
On top of two rounds at Rivers Edge Disc Golf Course, there will also be raffle baskets to bid on, putting contests at lunch break, long distance contest at lunch break, and much more.
Ollies Food Truck will be there and also a DJ so you can jam out.
