Hamar Open 2023 - Presented by WeAreDiscGolf

Welcome to the beautiful Ankerskogen and Hamar Open 2023!

The tournament is a cooperation between Birdie and Hamar Frisbee Club. We want to arrange a high-quality tournament for good national and international players.


THE COURSE
18 holes are played each round. The layout will be Ankerskogen Blue.

FLIGHTS
All rounds will be played with flights organized in classes. Starting point for the classes will rotate during the tournament.
Four players in each flight in rounds 1 and 2, and 5 players in each flight in round 3.


PRIZES
Cash prizes for the MPO, FPO, and MP40 classes. In the junior class, there will be other prizes. There will be trophies in all classes.
In the event of equal placement in the first three places in all classes, there will be a replay for trophies only. Replays start from hole 1 onwards until a decision is made.
For equal places, the prize money is divided by the players' places (For example, two players in 4th place divide the sum for 4th and 5th place).

2nd place Open: 5 000,- NOK
3rd place Open: 2 500,- NOK

1st place Women: 5 000,- NOK
2nd place Women: 2 500,- NOK
3rd place Women: 1 250,- NOK

1st place Master: 5 000,- NOK
2nd place Master: 2 500,- NOK
3rd place Master: 1 250,- NOK

If you need to unregister from the tournament, these rules apply:

Send an email to [email redacted] with "Unregister" in the subject field, followed by full name, Class and account number for any refunds written in the text field.

Unregister from the competition up to 3 weeks before the start of the tournament weekend = 100% refund minus NOK. 75, - in administration fee. Unregister later than 3 weeks before the start of the tournament does not give the right to a refund, but in the event of illness, you can, by submitting a doctor's statement, get a refund of the registration fee minus the administration fee. If cancellation occurs as a result of a sanction due to cheating, the registration will not be refunded.
