About this tournament
Halloween Hoedown is a Pro/Am sanctioned C-tier event consisting of two rounds of 18 holes at Venhorst Park in Bedford, VA.
There will be no player’s pack, thus why entry fee is low. Entry fees will go directly toward pro payout and amateur trophies, minus $3 playing fee per person in which Bedford County will automatically receive.
Pros and MA1: LONG round 1, SHORT round 2
All others: SHORT both rounds
No day of registration, online only.
Ace Pot is $5. Must pay online with your registration. No cash will be accepted. Ace pot will be paid out via Paypal. There will be a CTP in place in case ace is not hit.
We will be utilizing online scoring! No paper cards.
Due to the current situation, there will be no players meeting. I will send email with all details prior to event.
SHOTGUN START: 8:15 AM
You will get an hour for lunch. 2nd Round Shotgun Start to follow.
We will be following all social distancing protocol, so please maintain distance from others when possible. Masks are not required when playing but feel free to wear one at your own discretion.

Cortney Cooper is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Please contact me if you need a refund. No refunds will be given after October 31st at 8:00pm.
