About this tournament

You are invited to the second annual Halloween Glow Doubles tournament at Firefighter's Park! We had a blast last year with several spookily decorated holes and a strong turn out with 24 teams. We plan to up the ante this year by decorating a few more holes, holding a pumpkin carving contest, and providing a chili-dog dinner to all participants! Our goal is to fill the the field at 36 teams, so tell your friends and come join us for this awesome event!

This event is a fundraiser for the Baker Middle School Disc Golf Club - Proceeds will go towards custom stamped discs for all students who participate in the club this school year.

Format
- Bring your own partner, best shot doubles
- Two rounds of 18 holes
- First round in the afternoon, followed by glow round starting at dusk (chili-dog dinner break in between)
- All baskets will be illuminated for the second round
- Players must provide their own glow discs or light discs with LEDs to use during the glow round (we will have a limited amount of LEDs for sale)

Entry Fee
- $60 per team, all divisions: includes a chili-dog dinner

Payouts
- All divisions will be paid out in cash, top third of each division. (We were hoping for custom stamped discs, but were unable to make it happen. Hopefully next year!)

Cashless Registration
- Post both participant's names, a team name, and division in the comment section. All entry fees and prize pools will be collected at registration on the day of the event. Cash only.

Divisions
- Open (Pro) - 75% of entry fees paid back to the field
- Advanced (Am1) - 70% of entry fees paid back to the field
- Intermediate - (Am2) - 65% of entry fees paid back to the field
- Recreational (Am3) - 60% of entry fees paid back to the field
- Mixed Doubles (male + female) - 70% of entry fees paid back to the field

Mulligans - Each team can earn up to 3 mulligans by...
1. Both team members must be dressed in costume for the first round
2. Both team members must donate a new or gently used disc (no ink)
3. One or both team member(s) must enter the pumpkin carving contest

Pumpkin Carving Contest
- To enter the contest, bring a carved pumpkin with a no-flame light for illumination. We are incorporating the pumpkins into a hole on the course, so the more we get, the cooler it will be! We will vote on the winner at the dinner break. The winner will receive a gift card to Parrot Cove Yacht Club in Troy. Best margaritas in town!

Extras
- Free merch CTPs for all Am divisions; first round only, paid out between rounds
- $2 Ace Pool (optional) - If no aces are hit in either round, the ace pool will go to the Baker Middle School Disc Golf Club
- $3 Hole #9 50/50 CTP (optional)
- Possible raffle for prizes if we get donations, we will make this announcement closer to the tournament.

Donations
- The Baker Middle School Disc Golf Club will accept any new or used disc donations on the day of the tournament. We would also accept anything that could be used for prizes for the kids of the club such as stickers, minis, towels, etc.
- If you have anything that you would like to donate for CTP prizes or other prizes for this tournament, please contact Brian "Teach" Fahnestock.
- If you would like to decorate a hole this year with your own decorations to add to the tournament, please contact Brian "Teach" Fahnestock.

Thank you in advance for your support. Once again, this will be an amazing event!
