Just curious on how many spots you paid for mp40? I thought I would of cashed finishing 9th out of 23

Cash payouts for Pro divisions (FPO, MPO, MP40, MP50) have been sent via PayPal. Payment was sent to the email that was associated with the registration. Scrip payouts for Am divisions (all other divisions) will be sent shortly via snail mail to the physical address associated with the registration.

What's a Scrip payout?

Patrick Buckley   October 9, 2021 at 5:40am

Amateur payouts are given as scrip to Next Adventure. This year it will be in the form of Next Adventure gift certificates, which will be mailed out.

Paige Hurtado   October 22, 2021 at 12:11am

Can you confirm script being sent. Haven’t received mine yet.

Final scores and payouts are posted in Pictures. 2021 MPO Champion Chris Nelson broke two tournament records for the Hab/Rec Fall Open. He shot a 49 on the East Course (old record 51, Nate Sexton 2010) and he shot a one-day 36-hole score of 102 (old record 103, Nate Sexton 2010 and Travis Head 2019)

Congratulations Mr. Nelson!

Thank you so much for running the show! I had a blast and can’t wait to try and break some records again next year

Wow I had so much fun Saturday! Thanks to Patrick & his crew of volunteers for making this event happen! It was so awesome seeing faces I had not seen in so long. Also wow so excited I got that CTP on 4E. Fun fact the disc I threw on 4E was my 2012 Hab Rec 157g glow leopard :)

Nice park job on 4E! That's quite a feat to best all players both rounds.

Cindy McMahan   October 6, 2021 at 2:58am

Thanks Jeff! Pretty cool all right :). We were the 2nd group in the AM round to throw on that hole.

Gawain Stern   February 9, 2022 at 4:20pm

Congrats, Cindy, and great job, Patrick!

Patrick Buckley    October 4, 2021 at 3:28am

Thanks to everyone who made it out to the 19th Annual Hab/Rec Fall Open! Final scores are posted in Pictures. I need to proof those again, and then I'll finalize payouts. Payouts will be done by the end of the week. Pros will be paid via PayPal. Ams will be mailed Next Adventure scrip (gift certificates). Now that the event actually took place, I will order trophies for all division champions. Congratulations champs! MPO champ Chris Nelson shot a hot round of 49 on the East in the af ... more

Ask not what the tournament director can to for you - rather you should ask what you can do for the tournament director.

Lost a purple Thrasher on Genius hole (9E) right off the tee pad, shirt of fairway in the blackberries. Number on back

I have some lost discs that I will be going through, and I'll contact folks this week.

So organized! Way to go!

Martin Hage    October 1, 2021 at 6:13am

Where will the hole assignments be posted online since this isn’t a PDGA event? Is there a group I should be a part of?

Very excited!

Stuart Hicks    September 30, 2021 at 1:20pm

We have come full circle and made it over the hump. I first met and started playing with some of you MA50 guys at McIver back in the 90's. I started as an AM and I am finishing up as an AM. Last chance for some of you old timers to demonstrate you still have game... "PUTT THIS" still rules..

So good to see some great old names and friends in AM 50, looking forward to losing to one of you bastards again

Hello, my good old hyzer' flippin' friend! CAN'T WAIT to see you again. Peace, my borther!

Patrick Buckley    September 28, 2021 at 5:38pm

It looks like wait listers were not given the opportunity to pay $1 in to the ace pot. Many of those players are now registered for the tournament. If you haven't paid for the ace pot yet, but would like to, you can do that when you pick up your disc in the morning. Ace pot is currently at $515.

Tournament baskets are in place. Hole 12E and hole 8W currently have short pins. Those will be in the island green placements for the day of the tournament.

Patrick Buckley   September 28, 2021 at 5:42pm

Other than those 2 holes (12E and 8W) all baskets are currently in the tournament positions for Saturday.

Gawain Stern   September 30, 2021 at 11:26pm

LOVE IT. The island holes ROCK! Thanks for everything you do, Patrick!

No FA1?

Patrick Buckley   September 23, 2021 at 4:13am

There were FA1 spots available when registration opened, but they remained empty while other divisions were accumulating wait listers. So I gave those spots to the wait listers.

Patrick Buckley   September 23, 2021 at 4:17am

It looks like all the FA1 players are playing in one of the other tournaments happening that day, at Dabney and Glendoveer.

Ken Sheets    September 20, 2021 at 5:29pm

When will the tournament baskets be in?

Josh Warner   September 20, 2021 at 7:07pm

Bsf layout?

Patrick Buckley   September 21, 2021 at 5:36pm

Tournament baskets will be in on Monday 9/27. It's the same Hab/Rec tournament course as always -- two 18-hole courses, East and West. The BSF uses the same layout. Several pin positions are different, and Hab/Rec tees are split up for amateur and pro.

Gawain Stern   September 30, 2021 at 11:27pm

BSF Layout - is awesome!

Patrick Buckley    September 16, 2021 at 7:42pm

Some of the holes have a shared tee pad where everyone plays from that same tee, with both a red tee sign and blue tee sign.
