About this tournament

We are honored once again to partner with Houston Disc Golf on this crowd favorite Fairway to Heaven event !!!
This time around, we will play Northside Christian Church only.
2 rounds of 22 Holes
Texas States layout in Udisc +5a
MA2/MA3/MA4/MA50-60/JRs and all Ladies Divs will play shorter holes 1 and 18.
Hole 1 - distance TBA
Hole 18 SHORT distance 400ft - 252 to OB Sidewalk. *292 to clear street.
2 rounds of 22 holes at NCC ONLY !!
Windwood is in transition right now, so we wanted to focus on one course/one HQ and provide a great player experience.
- Expect CTPs and a post round ring of FIRE !

110 players cap.
Players packs discs for all ams.
We will add cash to Pro Divs as sponsorships come in.

EVENT DAY PROCESS :
THERE IS NO FORMAL CHECK-IN
Just show up to your designated hole on your course listed on PDGA EVENT PAGE
PLAYERS PACKS ARE AVAILABLE AT NCC.
THERE WILL BE A DEDICATED PLAYERS PACK STATION AT NCC
PACKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-8:45AM, at the LUNCH BREAK and AFTER ROUND 2.
-Players should be at their starting holes at least 10 min BEFORE the 9am start time.
in the case a player does not show to your card, make sure you have AT LEAST 3 -PLAYERS on the card. In the event you do not, one player will go to a forward card, one player back OR grab a player from an adjacent 4 card
-ANY PLAYERS THAT DO NOT SHOW WILL BE SCORED "par+4" on each hole.
AM PAYOUTS WILL BE AT NCC.
-See the “projected payout” tab on the PDGA event page linked here.
-Players can use PDGA live scoring to determine what place they’ve finished.
-Compare that to “PROJECTED PAYOUT”.
-If you placed in the cash, come get your loot !!!
players will be responsible for picking up payout OR letting Gorilla staff know a valid email address for a voucher. (Vouchers incur a $3 charge and taxes are applied/ taxes included with all event purchases)
-Vouchers NOT redeemable at Gorilla online (this is a separate company)
Entry fee breakdown-
All AM players receive a players pack. TBD
$3/$2 PDGA
$2 admin/parks fee
$2 to TEXAS STATES
EVERYTHING else to performance based payouts for ALL divs (except JRs)
ALL JRs receive entry fee value in merch.
Overall caps supersede divs caps in some divisions
Division caps will be lifted 48 hours after registration opens. Disregard div caps after this.
Open spots will then be populated on 3 criteria-
1) Pools and available spots in appropriate divisions to fill cards of 5
2) Order of waitlist registration
3) Similar skill level

No shows forfeit entry fees.
