Gum Branch Open - Driven by Innova

CDG Annual Gum Branch Open. This will be a 2 Day, 3 Round event. Round 1 and 2 will be on Saturday and round 3 will be on Sunday. Come challenge the tight lines and low canopy on this woods course in Kingsland GA. 56 Holes of Reds and Blues over two days for a B-tier event. Make sure you get on a waitlist if your division capacity has been filled.

DIVISIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- All Players will be required to play their Division According to Rating

- All cards must have at least three players playing the same teepads.

- Divisions without three players could be consolidated before the event by the TD

- MPO, MA1, MA2, MA3 will be limited to a capacity of players each until Feb1st

- Wait-lists will be cleared in first come, first serve order

Camden Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event by February 10th, will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee. You will not receive any optional Donations, Hole Sponsorships, Ace Pool, CTP, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament. Hole Sponsorships for Early registration will not be refunded as that was a requirement for Early Registration and not for Registration into the Tournament.

Players who officially request to withdraw by February 25th, will receive a 100% cash refund on registration minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, then Camden Disc Golf will provide just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended. Camden Disc Golf will cover shipping. You will not receive any optional Donations, Hole Sponsorships, Ace Pool, CTP, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament. Hole Sponsorships for Early registration will not be refunded as that was a requirement for Early Registration and not for Registration into the Tournament.
In the case of a player in a Pro division, Camden Disc Golf will provide the 50% cash refund. You will not receive any optional Donations, Hole Sponsorships, Ace Pool, CTP, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament. Hole Sponsorships for Early registration will not be refunded as that was a requirement for Early Registration and not for Registration into the Tournament.

Players who officially request to withdraw after February 26th at 12:01AM, will receive a 100% cash refund on registration minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, Camden Disc Golf will provide just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended. Camden Disc Golf will cover shipping. You will not receive any optional Donations, Hole Sponsorships, Ace Pool, CTP, or Membership money back for a refund as this is not a required part of the registration for the tournament. Unless your spot is filled from waitlist. If No Waitlist then you my give your spot to someone else and provide the Name, PDGA Number, and Email of the person who is taking your spot for no Refund and you two will settle up on your own.
Players Pack will be mailed out or delivered the Monday after the tournament date.
