I was looking at playing ma4 for this event. I see a player rated 893 in ma4. Will that entry be moved to ma3?

Joshua Battazzi   May 15 at 11:57am

His rating just updated yesterday and he has been moved to MA3. Thanks Anthony

We are making the change now. Every division will play each course once. We are capping the event at 72 total players. Everyone will play Central First Round Saturday, West Second Round Saturday and then Sunday will be tee times at East. Hopefully this is more down the line of what people were looking for.

I played in Albert Lee yesterday. This event was brought up a few times. It sounds like quite a few aren't signing up for the event because it's not playing all 3 courses on a rotation. I'm not saying you should change it. Just offering some feedback. Feel free to ignore the comment.

Voices have been heard. I am making the change now.

Is it possible to opt out of the T-shirts? I have too many from tournaments that never get worn anyway.

Joshua Battazzi   April 15 at 1:35pm

You can just not take it.

Joshua Battazzi    March 17 at 8:25pm

Reminder Amateur player packs will consist of a minimum of 2 Tee shirts and a Disc. (Must be registered by April 19th in order to guarantee your shirt size)

Why do you have the mpo field playing the easiest of 3 courses 2 times? Yet you have the intermediate, ladies, and juniors playing central 2 times. Central is the toughest of the 3 by far. If anyone plays central 2 times it should be the MPO field. Or you know, 1 round at each course for everyone...

Thanks for the comment Chris. We chose to not use all 3 courses because we want to keep the layout different from CCO. We chose to use East twice for MPO because I don’t want someone playing central twice in one day and wanted to use East Sunday for potential of big comebacks but more importantly, Sunday for A pool will be Tee times and East is the best course to have a gallery.

Joshua Battazzi   February 15 at 10:19pm

Also, C Pool which is MA4, FA2, FA3, FA40, MJ18 and FJ18 is Playing West, East and West Shorts. If you saw something different than that please let me know so I can update it

Chris Hall   February 15 at 10:51pm

Understandable, although not sure many would be disappointed with same format as CCO. Especially with the various pins on each course... Appreciate the response and understand your rational.

JONATHAN J SCHARLEMANN    February 13 at 7:34pm

Maybe I read it wrong. But on the Facebook event it looks like pool A plays east and central on day 1. And then east again on day 2. Is pool A not playing west?

Joshua Battazzi   February 13 at 8:23pm

You are correct. Pool A is not playing West
