Welcome to the Golden ACES 2!
2 Rounds of 21 Holes at the Reservation
Shotgun Start (starting at 9 am)
Check in 7:00-8:30 (Bring cash to be put in for CTPs and Ace Pot
Players Meeting 8:30 outside clubhouse (Please Be HERE important information)

Custom Stamped Andrew Loewer Tour Series disc. ($20.00 Value)
Fees-
PDGA Fee - $2.00
Facilities Fee - $15.00
Top 45% of AMs per Division will be paid out in voucher to Cajun Jesters DG.
Payouts are 100% of Net Entry Fees to Amateur purse (prizes + player packs), satisfying the PDGA C-Tier requirements of a minimum of 85% Payout for Amateurs.
Breakdown for AM Payout
$57.00 Entry Fee
-$2.00 - PDGA Fee
-$15.00 per cap at $800.00- player fee at the Reservation all extra goes into payout pot.
-$15.00 - Play pack Value
*$25.00 per AM player goes to payouts per a players division.*
Pro Payouts will be sent Via PayPal.
Lunch-
Will be available to purchase onsite at the Reservation.
-$8.00- Burger chips & drink!!!
Divisions:
Divisions must have a minimum of three players. Prior to the event, players in divisions with less than three players will be asked to move to another division and pay any additional fees as necessary (Junior divisions exempt along with MP70)
Trophies:
Trophies will be awarded for 1st place only.
Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved.
Refunds
All drop requests prior to 3/7/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus $5 handling fee).
All drop requests after 3/8/2024 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus a $5 handling fee) ONLY if there is a replacement player on the waitlist. Should a player not be backfilled from the waitlist, the player will not be refunded and will need to make arrangements to pick up his or her player’s pack or pay for the shipping. Shipping amounts will be requested via PayPal and must be fulfilled before shipment. All shipments will be completed AFTER the event has concluded.
All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on Monday 3/25/2024.
