Radcliff definitely is and people use their carts at Muldraugh but you'll have some wrong spots.

I got on the waitlist but can’t but now am unable to play that day. And I hit withdraw and submitted my request a week ago but now it has me off the waitlist and in the tournament. Can you please take me out?
