About this tournament

Updated - we have moved from a tee time to shotgun start format
Gazebo at the Hollow is an amateur only disc golf event. 2 rounds of 19 holes at Adams Hollow Disc Golf Course with a lunch break between to determine a champion.

To avoid gatherings, this will be a 2 round event with a shotgun start. Cards will be organized by ratings within each division and you will be playing both rounds with the same card. Cards will not be reordered between rounds.
The Gazebo mobile disc golf shop will be open during the event. To browse our merchandise, you must be wearing a mask (over your face and nose!) and use hand sanitizer prior to browsing (we provide the sanitizer). Browsing will be limited to one person per table at a time. Thanks for understanding!

Recreational and Junior divisions are trophy only and will receive a disc and a gift card to Gazebo Disc Golf in their player pack. Intermediate players receive a disc in their player pack and top finishers will win Gazebo Gift cards. Advanced divisions get a disc in their player pack and top finishers will receive a gift card to Gazebo Disc Golf. The extra $5 per player for advance divisions goes directly to the prize pool.

There will be no awards ceremony this year to avoid gathering of groups, unfortunately. Gift cards will be sent electronically to winners after the event. Please register with a good email address!

Refund policy

Gazebo Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. The event follows all PDGA rules and guidelines for refunds. Players who officially request to withdraw at least 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event less than 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled. If their spot is not filled, the player can pick up their player pack at any Gazebo event or pay to have it shipped.
Players on the waitlist who don't get into the event will get a full refund of their entry fee.
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to Covid regulation changes after player pack discs have been ordered, refunds will be minus the cost of player pack discs. Players will receive the player pack discs and have the option of shipping ($5) also being deducted from the refund. Local pickup will also be available.
